Double Room in West Hampstead Garden Flat

We have one double bedroom available now in our garden flat in West Hampstead. One of our flatmates is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we looking for someone fun, chill, sociable and clean, to fill her room from 1st of October (or potentially even in the weeks prior - we are quite flexible). You would be living with one couple and one other guy.

The flat is on the ground floor of a semi-detached edwardian house, that has its own garden, a shared open-plan living room, dining & kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom and a third bedroom with an ensuite. The bedroom that is available, has really high ceilings, loads of storage, air-con and a huge south-facing window overlooking the garden, so it gets loads of light all day. There is also space for a small desk within the room, but there isn’t one provided - you’ll have to bring in your own.

It is located only a 5 min walk from the centre of West Hampstead and a 15 min walk from Hampstead and the Heath. There is a Tesco and a gym literally a few seconds away, while the transport links are ideal for most needs, having Jubilee, Overground and National Rail within a 10 min walk through town. There are also quite a few reliable bus routes nearby connecting you to Central and West London fairly easily.

We have all lived here for 5 years and we treat this flat more like a home, rather than just a place to live. We take pride in it and have grown to be more like friends, rather than flatmates. We are ideally looking for someone that is quite easy going and fun, that is super clean and enjoys a tidy space. We really enjoy cooking & eating together, we like to hang out, watch tv & keep it calm during the week and go out on the weekends. We both work in the creative & design industry and Theo works in media & finance. We are all working part-remotely from home at the moment, but there is plenty of space for another person to set up their workspace - both in the dining room and the bedroom.

We are available for viewings most days daytime / evenings & the weekends, so if you think this is for you then please get in touch! - We will be doing some viewings later in the week hopefully.

Bills are going to be around ~ £120 per person each month from October onwards.
