There is a lovely corgi who stays at the flat every other week- please only respond if this is something you would be happy with!

Current tenants are Claire (human), and Russell (corgi), who comes to stay every other week. Claire is 32 and works in cinema and events.
We currently have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the house and Claire would like someone with who this would continue, as I am moving out.
We are looking for someone to take over my room with all the regular good housemate traits; friendly and easy going, considerate of others needs/ space, and who would take pride in their environment and be responsible with household chores.
