Single Room in friendly house

Hello All,

I have a lovely newly decorated single room available in our house. The room includes a chest of drawers, single bed and built in wardrobe. You would be sharing with myself a full time professional and my son (22) also a full time worker. You would have access to a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge freezer etc... Bathroom including bath & shower. Nice sized garden and private parking around the side of the building.

We are situated 5 minutes walk to Mill Hill Broadway Thames Link Mainline station for 15 minutes commutes into Kings Cross. 5-10 minute walk to Colindale Northern Line station also for commutes into London. 303 Bus stop less than 30 seconds walk away to Edgware and Colindale for more bus link along the Edgware road.

Barnet College is less than 2 minutes walk away and Middlesex Uni also only a few bus stops away.

We are both quite laid back and enjoy relaxing after a days work.
