Looking for a 25-35yr old professional to replace me in a 3-bed 2-story house in a picturesque mews in NW8/Zone 1.

Location: 10-15 mins walk from Edgware Road (Bakerloo, Hammersmith & Circle, District lines), Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line), and St John’s Wood (Jubilee Line). Steps away from the canal and great riverside cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Aldi and affordable grocery stores on Edgware Road, plus Church St market with fresh fruit and veg. Regent’s Park and Paddington 20 mins walk. National Express St John’s Wood bus station to Luton/Stansted Airports 15 mins walk.

The room: Furnished with a double bed (with under-bed storage), a chest of drawers, wardrobe and height-adjustable desk and chair for wfh (currently in living room, but fits inside bedroom).

The house: Open plan kitchen/living area with dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining table, sofa, TV (with Sky and other subscriptions). You will be sharing a good-sized bathroom with bath with one other flatmate.

Flatmates: Two 30 year old guys working in AI who are old school friends. Relaxed, trustworthy and respectful of women and each others’ privacy. Both are into fitness and enjoy going on a run or a game of padel.
