Pauline and Kahleea are looking for a new flatmate.

This is a 3 bed flat (no living room) with free access to concierge, gym and swimming pool facility in a modern building situated 5 mins walk from waterloo. The advertised room is a large ensuite double room.

There is a M&S foodhall and Gail Bakery located 2 mins away from our flat so it couldnt be more eassily accesible. Most importantly, it is 2 mins walks from the River Thames!

They are both professional so are looking for a like minded individual who enjoy a relax environment at home. This is not a party house, however, they are more than happy to have a meal together or go out for a coffee if time permits.

Average monthly bills (electricity, council tax and internet) per person come around £140. The room comes with a build in wardobe and I am selling the rest of the furniture (bed, cabinet, height adjustable table, chair etc)

Please note that the move in date is negotiateable and viewing start from 7th of August.
