There is a spacious double room in a gated block of flats on Bermondsey Street from 3rd November. I am a 35 year old female business owner and the landlord is going on sabbatical for 6 months so I am managing the flat whilst she is away and renting her room.
The flat has a balcony, is close to London Bridge, Borough and Elephant & Castle stations and on the beautiful Bermondsey Street. There is parking available but only guest/short stay.
There is one bathroom with shower and bath, spacious living room, new kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and an instant boiling water tap. Rent includes all bills, including a cleaner every 2 weeks.
FYI there is no TV in the flat so no TV license.
