Looking for a lodger: postgrad+ /professional, clean, respectful. No overnight guests allowed.

Lots of flexibility regarding price, all dependent on requirements and nights per month stayed-
can make a price for 2 nights a week professional, different price for a Monday-Friday lodger. Full time is £800 PCM.

The room is fully furnished:
Double bed + mattress (John Lewis), 2 huge double wardrobes, TV, desk, chair all included.

Other features - lounge (cannot be rented therefore only sharing with 1 other), kitchen, balcony. There's a rooftop terrace you can access as well, and the block has private gardens.

Current live-in landlord - working professional, chilled and sociable but very respectful of other's space, enjoys red wine and always up for a pint. Loves playing squash and table tennis.

Bills not included - (council tax (if not a student), fibreoptic 150MB broadband, gas + electricity) - comes to roughly £120 a month.

Water and TV license already paid for.
