Hiiiii!

I'm currently looking for someone to replace me in my London Bridge/Borough flat as I'm moving out to my partner's flat.

We've been here for 2 years and have grown to so so love the area and I will miss it massively. It's quiet, away from the business of London Bridge but still walkable to both Borough and London Bridge tube within 10 minutes and within a 2 minute walk of Tabard gardens park.

The flat also includes a nice sized living room, my current housemate is very social, but also happy to keep to himself. He's Swiss-Italian and loves to cook and do dinners together. We've lived together in London for 3 years and had our flat for almost 2 years now. He works in tech and is out of the house weekdays between 7am and 6pm. Fan of frequenting local pubs if you're similar, and just all round a well friendly guy.

The contract we're currently in is until mid-October this year and Eli (housemate) is hoping to renew the contract if you were also interested in staying longer, but totally fine if not!!

Bills usually come to roughly £100 each a month and wifi is included and luckily we're not on a water meter so it's a flat rate which has proven to be super cheap :) It also comes under Council Tax band B.

We're more than happy to have people over to view any weekends and can do weekday evenings if that's easier.

We're happy for either a student or professional to replace me. For Kings' College students, Guys' campus is a 6 minute walk away.
