London Bridge - ensuite and large rooms to rent

Hi, there are 2 seperate double rooms available in a 3 bed flat, in a great location less than 5 mins walk to London Bridge station. Female students only.

THE LANDLORD HAS AGREED TO MODERNISE THE KITCHEN-THIS WILL BE POTENTIALLY HAPPENING OVER SUMMER. (I do not currently have exact details)

It's in a modern and bright gated building with communal gardens, just off Bermondsey Street.
You'll be sharing with one female student - me, 21, final year physics student at QMUL.
I am looking for 2 other female students to join me - it doesn't matter which uni you're at - I have friends at several (Imperial, KCL, UCL, QMUL).
Both rooms come furnished with a double bed and mattress, a built in wardrobe and a desk and chair. The large double room also comes with a coffee table, dresser and a sofa.

There's a shared fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washer dryer, microwave etc, that also has a communal/social area.
There's a modern bathroom the occupant of the large double room will share with me. The occupant of the smaller double rooms has the use of an ensuite.

The lease runs from 10th Aug 2026 to 9th Aug 2027.
Rent is £1205/calendar month, (first payment due on 10th Aug, includes all bills).
Deposit is £1157, to be paid on signing the tenancy agreement.
