A fully furnished room with its own private bathroom (not en-suite – just a few steps outside the room) available in a very modern, clean, and quiet apartment within a recently built building.

I am looking for one other to join me in sharing the flat. The move-in date is soon - 28th Feb, provided background check is passed and financial checks.

Rent & contract
• The current contract will be set until May, then change to rolling to suit the new government laws

Additional costs
• Council Tax: 182.58 per month total, split between two tenants (£91.20 each)
- Electricity cost will be low, currently not known
- Water bill- not known
- No gas

Process
• If the agent and I feel it’s a good fit, your application will be forwarded to the estate agents for background checks
• A video tour can be arranged once the initial steps are completed
