We're looking for a working professional female, preferably with regular 9-5 hours (no overnight shiftworkers) to take the room (no couples/ guys sorry).

The flat is shared with three friendly, respectful women - all working professionals. Two work from hybrid from home (in tech), and one works in concierge in the city.

We're all quite independent but have the occasional chat - it's a quiet, relaxed home, so it would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful environment rather than a party house.

• Easy walk to Blackfriars

There are also great bus links just around the corner.
Despite being so central, the flat overlooks Nelson Square, a small green space with beautiful trees and even a basketball court - it
really adds a sense of calm.
