The house is three bedrooms with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room and family bathroom.
The landlord used to live in the property and we do not rent through an agency which saves on fees-the decor is a little dated but a great space for the price. I have lived here for 1 year, the other remaining flatmate for three years and the flatmate that is leaving for five years- so comfortable enough to stay!
We are quite an independent household and looking for a friendly and respectful new housemate, preferably female to balance the house . We are an LGBT friendly household of different nationalities.
