I am seeking an additional flatmate in this lovely 2-bedroom flat. The flat came unfurnished and I have slowly been building it into a home - hopefully for you too 😁 The room has been used as an office but will be converted into a bedroom just before the move-in date of an individual.

I previously had some kittens, so I have some cat toys/trees and litter equipment around the flat. Cat owners...assemble! 😸

Myself:
I'm a software engineer who enjoys spending my free time engaging in martial arts, motorcycling and exploring virtual reality.

I also enjoy gaming and would love to have the occasional gaming sesh!

When I am away from the flat, I enjoy walks/hikes, cycling, gymming, exploring new places and meeting people.

It would be great to live with someone who likes to have a balance between their private and social life. Life can be quite busy, so respecting each other's time and space is important to me.
