We looking for someone to join us and rent one of 3 rooms in our spacious and bright 3-bedroom flat for £950 a month, with bills usually coming to around £150 a month.

Our flat is situated in a fantastic location with plenty of greenery nearby. Blackheath Common is just 5 minutes away, and Greenwich Park is about 10 minutes away so it's a perfect spot for those who enjoy walks or any nature lovers.

The flat itself is very spacious and well maintained. We have a large kitchen and dining area, a lovely living room, and three bathrooms. The available room is bright and airy, perfect for anyone looking for a cozy space to call home.

Our flat also boasts three wonderful communal areas:
- Communal Social Area: A large social space with sofas, a TV, a pool table, a record player, and dedicated Wi-Fi, perfect for entertaining friends.
