Double Furnished Room Available In Greenwich SE10

Hi I am James. I am looking for a flatmate to move into my spare room. I have a furnished double available. It includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, stool and bookshelf. Rent is £680 a month which includes all bills. The room is available Monday to Friday only.

The flat is reasonably sized and very light. It's situated right on the edge of Blackheath, so it's only a 8-10 mins walk to both Blackheath, Lewisham and Greenwich stations. It's 10 mins by train to London Bridge and 25 mins to Charring Cross. You can get a bus to New Cross which takes 5-10 mins, which is where you get on the tube.

I am a 49 year old male. I work in photography. I love to surf, swim, go to the cinema visit exhibitions and galleries. I am an outgoing and social person, who is easy to get on with.

The flat is 8-10 mins walk to either Greenwich or Blackheath village, so really close to local shops, restaurants, markets and beautiful parks, with the heath being right on the doorstep.

I would like to find someone friendly and easy going, who is reasonably tidy. So if that's you please get in touch!

The room is Monday to Friday only. However I could be interested in full time, but the price would go up based on the same day rate.
