En-suite Room in Deptford Flatshare, Bills Inc

I’m moving out of a modern 3-person flatshare and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract. The room is in Deptford, London, within a small, well-kept apartment complex that has its own private, closed-off patio and garden area.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and a desk and chair can be left on request. It also comes with its own en suite bathroom. There is a shared living and dining area, ideal for relaxing or socialising. Rent is £1,326 per month with all bills included.

The flat is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Deptford Bridge station, with shops, cafés and everyday essentials just down the road, and the Greenwich area close by.

You’d be sharing with two male professionals aged 25–31. They’re friendly, respectful and sociable, and enjoy movies, pubs and the occasional dinner party. We’re looking for another professional who is tidy, easy-going, and keen to fit in with an existing, relaxed household.
