I am looking for two people to join me and rent 2 of 3 rooms in our spacious and bright 3-bedroom flat, with bills usually coming to around £150 a month.
Our flat is situated in a fantastic location with plenty of greenery nearby. Blackheath Common is just 5 minutes away, and Greenwich Park is about 10 minutes away so it's a perfect spot for those who enjoy walks or any nature lovers.
The flat itself is very spacious and well maintained. We have a large kitchen and dining area, a lovely living room, and three bathrooms. The available room is bright and airy, perfect for anyone looking for a cozy space to call home.
Our flat also boasts three wonderful communal areas:
- Communal Social Area: A large social space with sofas, a TV, a pool table, a record player, and dedicated Wi-Fi, perfect for entertaining friends.
- Communal Work-from-Home Space: A quiet area with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
- Communal Garden: A large garden that is lovely to use, especially in the summer.
We are well-connected with 3 nearby stations: Elverson Road on the DLR (5-10 minutes away), and Lewisham and Greenwich Overground Stations (both about 10 minutes away). The train journey from Lewisham or Greenwich to London Bridge only takes fifteen minutes, making it easy to commute to the city. There's also a big Tesco superstore and several gyms (The Gym Group, pure gym, anytime fitness, etc) just 10 minutes away.
We're both friendly, easy-going, and looking forward to welcoming a new flatmate to the flat.
