Cozy Budget Room in Chill Greenwich house

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for 2 months in our home in Greenwich! It’s a cosy, budget-friendly space in a shared house with a really nice, easygoing vibe.

About us:
There are 5 of us in total (2 women and 3 men), and we’re a friendly, respectful bunch. We enjoy the occasional chat and hanging out, but we also totally respect each other’s space. It’s a good balance of social and chill.

We come from different backgrounds and speak English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi — so it’s a pretty warm, inclusive environment. Food-wise, we’re very relaxed — everyone cooks/eats what they like, no restrictions.

The room:
It’s a small, simple room — ideal if you’re looking for something affordable in London while still being comfortable and well-located.

Contract:
This is a 2-month fixed contract (you’ll be taking over my room during this time).

Bills:
Bills come to approximately £120 per month.

Location & transport:

2-minute walk to Sainsbury’s (super convenient for groceries!)
About a 15-minute lovely walk to Cutty Sark
7–10 minutes by bus to Cutty Sark (DLR)
Around 15 minutes by bus to North Greenwich (Jubilee line)
About a 14-minute walk to Westcombe Park station
Very close to Greenwich High Street with lots of shops, cafes, and transport options
