Lovely light room in beautiful Blackheath!

Hi I am James. I am looking for a flatmate to move into my spare room. I have a furnished double available. It includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, stool and bookshelf. Rent is £900 a month which includes all bills.

The flat is reasonably sized and very light. It's situated right on the edge of Blackheath, so it's only a 8-10 mins walk to both Blackheath, Lewisham and Greenwich stations. It's 10 mins by train to London Bridge and 25 mins to Charring Cross. You can get a bus to New Cross which takes 5-10 mins, which is where you get on the tube.

I am a 50 year old male. I work in photography. I love to surf, swim, go to the cinema visit exhibitions and galleries. I am an outgoing and social person, who is easy to get on with.

The flat is 8-10 mins walk to either Greenwich or Blackheath village, so really close to local shops, restaurants, markets and beautiful parks, with the heath being right on the doorstep.

I would like to find someone friendly and easy going, who is reasonably tidy. So if that's you please get in touch!
