We have recently bought a new property so are looking for someone to take over our rental tenancy.
Our contract runs until April 2021. We pay £2,121 pcm + bills, but we’re happy to subsidise the rent so that it only costs you £1,750 pcm. We will pay the subsidy as a lump sum on the day you move in. This is to ensure we find a tenant quickly, otherwise it costs us a whole lot more to rent an empty flat!

The tower is called ‘Uncle Elephant & Castle’ and is a couple minutes walk from Elephant & Castle station, or around 10 minutes from Kennington station.
