Hi everyone,
I’m seeking a new female flatmate as my best friend is going abroad to pursue a masters. We’ve loved living here for 2 years due to the affordable rent, space, and proximity to our jobs in the City. Despite living so centrally, this place really feels like home.
3 minutes walk to elephant and castle
3 minutes walk to 24/7 hour gym
5 minute walk to big Sainsbury
12 minute bus ride to Tesco superstore
Nights out are a stones throw away as buses run frequently and all night from Soho. Brunch in Mayfair, Balham, or Battersea will never be more than 25 minutes away.
Initially I’d be looking to sublet my flatmate’s room, but if we get on well and you like the location then we could renew the contract for June 2024 onwards.
A bit about me: I’m Zara, a 25 y/o commercial analyst at an Energy company. People would best describe me as friendly, funny, and independent. I love to go to the gym, chat to my friends, and ice skate. When I’m indoors I can most likely be found listening to a podcast, watching tv, journaling, or doing life admin.
I’m a tidy, considerate and co-operative person. I don’t have to be besties with my flatmates but it would be lovely to be friends. If you’d like a flatmate who’s up for a yapping session but equally respectful of the need for downtime, get in touch :)
