The house is refurbished and has a modern finish, 11 ft high ceilings & it's very bright and vibrant with beautiful wooden flooring.

It’s a ground floor entrance across two levels with a quiet and peaceful garden at the entrance. The neighbours are quiet and friendly.

The living room has a 50 inch TV and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you’d need to make a delicious meal, if you’re into cooking.

The room comes furnished with an all brand new furniture including a large double sliding wardrobe, dresser, book shelf, desk, chair and new bed. The window in the room looks out to the courtyard so you’d have your own entrance.

The house has 3 bedrooms and I WFH upstairs but pack up my laptop at the end of the work week.

It’s just around the corner from cleaver square, a number of lovely pubs with a supermarket 2 & 6 minutes away.

Really prime location as very close to central London:
- 5 minute walk to Kennington park
- 8 minutes to Kennington station to access the Northern Line
- Vauxhall, Oval & Elephant and Castle are a 15 minute walk / 4 minute cycle
- Waterloo is a 25 minute walk / 7 minute cycle
- Westminster is a 35 minute walk / 10 minute cycle

We are a working professional, who have lived together for a few years. We like traveling, cooking, the occasional night out and k-pop. One of us just bought a house but have previously had housemates in London & Sheffield for over 15 years.

We’re looking for a warm friendly and sociable housemates to share the space with.

The house also comes the cutest cats you'll ever have meet who love food and going on adventures in the garden.

We live a typical life and enjoy boardgames, tv, live music, cooking, the theatre as well as eating out at restaurants and exploring all that London has to offer. We also a host of a BTS podcast! 💜
