Hello House Hunters!

I’ve got a cracker for you! I’m Catherine, a 37-year-old Aussie living in a lovely 3-bedroom home and I’m looking to rent out the main bedroom and main bathroom (with occasional shared use) as a separate apartment.

I live in the rest of the house along with my gorgeous springer spaniel (so dog lovers only, please 🐶), and occasionally my 3.5-year-old daughter, who stays every other weekend and on the second Wednesday. Looking for someone who is happy to rent the front part of the house and applicant dependent.. share my home with me.

My home is my sanctuary. Definitely not a party pad! So if you’re after a peaceful, cosy space, we’ll get along just fine.

About the space:
• Spacious main bedroom & bathroom
• Close to Lambeth North, Waterloo, and not far from Elephant & Castle
• Surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets (all within 5 minutes’ walk!)

Women preferred, please, just to keep things simple with my daughter visiting.

Available immediately, and extra points if you’ll be around over Christmas and fancy the place (and the puppy!) to yourself for a bit.
