Large Sunny Room With Private Bathroom

We have a ground floor, larger than average double room. There is a private (rather than en suite) bathroom just across the hall. It would be for your use only as there are two other bathrooms in the house.
The room is furnished with a double bed, table and wardrobe.
This would be ideal for a busy, working professional looking for a very tranquil and comfortable space to come back to in the evening.
We could amend rent accordingly if somebody wanted a Monday-Friday let. We would also be happy to do short term lets.
We could include meals at an additional, small cost if desired.
The other occupants of the house are two teachers in our 50s and our 18 year old son, who is heading off to university next month so won't be around very much. I have another 29 year old son living nearby, who visits from time to time.
We also have a very friendly and calm rescue dog, called Harry.
Our road is very quiet and safe. There is plenty of parking. We also have a garage to store bikes etc, as well as spare bikes if needed.
Lee station (zone 3) is 900metres away and there are regular trains to central London. It is around 12 minutes to London Bridge. There are also many bus routes nearby.
Availability is flexible. I've put 10th September but we could accommodate somebody needing a place sooner if necessary.
