We're a nice and friendly professionals around 40 years of age, living in a house share in Lee Green area and we have a single, very nice and cozy room available.

We are looking for someone who likes nice, peaceful atmosphere, live in a clean house and happily will contribute to it.
We are generally easy going and funny. We love music, listen and play instruments, do yoga, meditate, cook, do gardening- we grow our own veg and herbs- or simply relax with glass of wine. We are all a bit artistic and interested in well-being.

The house is large and has Lee Railway Station right at the end of the road, though fortunately the train tracks don't pass through the back garden so it's a nice and quiet area. Lee Station is 11 minutes from London Bridge or 21 from Charing Cross which means we're in a perfect location for commuters. There are plenty of buses to choose from nearby too.

Sainsbury's and Co-op are just a five minute walk from us. Blackheath Village is a five minute bus ride away, or a 15 minute walk. We are located close to very beautiful Greenwich park. Lewisham town centre is also just a few minutes ride away.

Right, as for the house itself. It's large with an equally large garden. It has one bathroom, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. There is wireless broadband too if you require it. The house is kept clean and tidy. The room itself is very sweet and cozy, freshly decorated and is fully furnished.

The rent is £480 per month , inclusive of all utility bills.
