Beautiful Room in Newly Refurbished Flat

Hello searcher for new house with really cool housemates. Our names our Chloe & Wiz and we would like to welcome you to our newly renovated, beautifully bright & spacious flat in SE12!

We have a cosy single room available for a working professional. Access to the whole apartment, we are looking for someone who wants to create a home with us.

A bit about us:

* We're foodies, so rule 101 we're all about sharing food, tapas style dindins and all that jazz.

* We want to create a family atmosphere. Oh and Chloe's dog comes to play sometimes, that's always a bonus! (Luna the doggo is hypoallergenic so no need to worry about allergies on that one).

*It’s important we keep the flat clean, tidy and that we’re all considerate of each other.

The house:

*The house is a beautiful Victorian house which has been newly refurbished. It has all new appliances including a dishwasher (which is always a bonus!).

*It is a residential street therefore parking is available with a permit.

*The house is being furnished by us including everything needed to make 5 course meals.

The area:

*It’s officially Lee but it is local to Lee, Hither Green and Black Heath.

*Close to all local amenities: restaurants, cafes, green spaces, shops, Sainsbury’s is literally a 2 min walk and great deliveroo options.

*Amazing links to London Bridge.

The room:

* Single bed provided + Shelving unit, space outside the room is also available to keep belongings and girls being girls we share everything anyway!

*Plenty of space in the communal areas if you need to WFH!

We're set to move in on April 5th & would love to have someone to join our new pad fairly soonish after that date.
