This is the best feature of this house.

Nature so lush it makes local microclimate.

Expanse of land so big you don't have to take the dog for walk.

Irregular plot. No neighbours to the back. Privacy, birds signing, animals 🐿️ 🦊 visiting all the time. Feels like countryside, you can forget that this is London, has to be experienced to fully appreciate it.

The garden is constantly is evolving. A playground. Living lab.

We have outdoor gym, table, chairs, BBQ, hammocks, wooden structures, equipment for exercise and ideas to build more stuff: sauna, cold plunge, maybe even a 2nd house made out of trash ("trash house project")?

The place will surely fit someone who has connection with nature and enjoys gardening and DIY.

Clearly garden and nature are the main selling point.

That's where we spend most of the time. Working on a computer. Working on the online business. We prefer long calls to be taken outside to not disturb others.

Possible for guests to have a sleepover on a sofa and / or beanbag.

Direct buses to Lewisham (for DLR) and Woolwich (for Elizabeth Line): 122, 178, 321

Tesco Express short walk away.
