Recently Dan moved in (together with a 🐈) so now we have 2 males and a 🐈. It's entirely up to you but potentially / probably / plausibly a 3rd male will feel more comfortable for aligned vibe of the place.

Lovely garden, the garden is the best feature of this 🏡 especially in the spring. It's so big there is no WiFi on the far end, for calls stay close to the house. This is what I used to do - whenever a call (not computer) - get outside, enjoy the nature, it's beautiful out there.
Garden is epic, the bathroom is epic too. Recently refurbished: floor heating, jaccuzi, walk-in shower.

The only concern is the location. We are not super central and it is 20 minutes to walk to the nearrest station (Lee). It's much faster to use a bike and lock it at the station.
