Our lovely housemate’s moving out of London, due to a work move, so there's a south-facing double (new mattress) and freshly decorated up for grabs... with spacious desk, lots of storage and a leafy view. It’s a bright, clean house with 2 bathrooms, large living spaces, fully equipped kitchen and tranquil garden, situated in a leafy residential road. Strong Internet throughout!

Zone 3 …Swift connections to Central - London Bridge in 10 mins, Charing Cross/Cannon Street/Victoria (15/20 mins) - with Lee Station (5/6 mins walk) and Hither Green (8 mins)…you can pick up great coffee and pastires here from Isaac’s @bollabollacoffee tuk tuk!

Verena (31) is a Neuro psychologist and I’m a designer. We’ve a broad range of interests – reading, music, cooking/baking - bananas never go to waste here, haha - dance classes, movies, theatre, sporty/fitness stuff, travelling and anything creative. Always up for hanging out - chat, meal/glass of wine/coffee/movie. Involved with the V&A, so plenty of free exhibition tickets a bonus :)

Close to gyms, supermarkets, parks, great walking/running/cycling routes, ace pubs/bars/craft beer ‘Brockley Brewery’ taproom, artisan coffee and fab restaurants/pop-ups - ‘Four Bowls’ Viet pop-up is to die for :) Blackheath Village is a short stroll and Greenwich is not far either. It truly is a super well-connected area to live, with a strong community feel.
