I am a live out landlord and am looking for suitable friendly clean tenants to move in from straight away. The bedrooms are very clean, with hard wood floors throughout and comes fully furnished (beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps etc.)
The house is spacious, light and comfortable. Kitchen is fitted with all modern amenities (cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, pots pans and all cooking utensils).

The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other shower and bath tub. There is a large shared living area with large sofas, dinning table and chairs, plus flat screen T. V.

Off street parking for 3 cars, and a large garage with plenty of storage for bikes etc., a large garden with paved area and garden furniture.
We are looking for clean tidy professionals whom are looking for a home not just a room to rent. There is a designated undercover area for smoking out side in the garden. No smoking allowed in the house.

Price are inclusive of all bills & high speed wireless broadband internet connection.

The house is located 8 minutes walk from grove park station (Zone 4) or 15 minutes walk to Lee station (zone 3) which has direct linto central London (London Bridge in 15minutes, Waterloo east in 18 minutes, Charing Cross in 21minutes and Cannon street in 20 minutes) and is perfectly located for exploring the city.
15 minutes by bus 261 and you'll be in Bromley. Great for shopping, restaurants and bars & club.
10 mins by car and you will be in the historic centre of Greenwich Village (a designated World heritage)
