The lease ends in September but is a 2 year contract with a 12 month break clause. There is a security deposit as well.

You will be living with one other person, she is a BA student who has class most of the week and is very clean so she hopes you will be too. She would prefer a quiet house mate as well. Her room is the ensuite so you will have the main bathroom pretty much all to yourself.

Located near Deptford Bridge station but is in a residential area, so the immediate area is quite quiet and peaceful, with a Tesco Express and Co-op a 5 minute walk away.

There is also a 24hr concierge as well as a gym and swimming pool, very convenient to store parcels and exercise.
