I am renting one double room (9ft x 12 ft), which has recently been redecorated and has got new furniture (bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet). It’s in a 3-bed flat but I’m keeping one room as a spare room, so the flat won't be crowded. The flat is light and airy with a small balcony off the living room that catches the daytime sun and has all mod cons, including a dishwasher. I have a Sky+ HD package, broadband and a cleaner comes once a week. Rent is £600 per month, including bills. One months rent is required as a deposit.

The flat is on a relatively and surprisingly quiet estate within 1min walk to the Eleverson Road DLR, 6-7min to Lewisham Station (direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo East and Charing Cross), 10min to Greenwich Station. There are also excellent bus connections, including the 47, 53, 177, 180, 188, 386, 453. A range of local amenities include excellent shops, restaurants, bars in Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham and New Cross – all within walking distance. Greenwich Park closeby is also a real benefit of the local area.

About me – I’m a 32 yr old professional female and have owned this property for 7 years. I’m quite easy to live with (I think) but do require a tenant who clears up after themselves. I’m usually away one or two nights a week with work and weekends here and there. No couples please.
