Dbl Furnished Garden Room For Short Let

Hi I’m Helena, (live in landlord- thought I’d give you the heads up from the jump :))

Looking for a short term lodger for my ground floor garden flat on the new cross/ deptford boarders. (Anything from a few weeks to six months)

10 minutes walk to new cross or new cross gate station, (22 minutes to London Bridge) not too far from Canary Wharf (it’s about half an hour away and only one stop on the Jubilee line from Canada Water which is nearby), and 15 minute walk to Deptford Market (and station).

The room is fully furnished with good storage and an extra large breakfast bar styled desk. Free parking outside, broadband and there is a small garden out back for coffees on sunny mornings and smokers.

About me, 41 year old professional who appreciates a clean and safe space. Trapped at home, working somewhat hard at the moment so I am in most of the day. , But for Covid, I enjoy exploring my city (London is my home town), seeing friends and family, a bit of Gym, lots of travelling, good rum, (I’m of Caribbean heritage) nice wine and great British bake-off.

I am offering the room on a short term let, and would suit someone needing to work from home if required.

I would prefer to share the space with someone taking the COVID restrictions seriously as I have an elderly parent who I support, and I’m not trying to bump them off any time soon.

I love pets, but not in the house so might not suite anyone with a furry friend in tow.
