Gorgeous and spacious double room available in my two-bed Victorian house in Deptford/New Cross. The home features an open-plan layout, stylish décor, and a large, beautifully maintained garden with off-street parking. Additional conveniences include a dishwasher and tumble dryer.
I will be away for two months and am therefore renting out my own bedroom. You will have exclusive use of the entire house during this period, except on weekdays when my flatmate stays from Monday evening until Friday morning.
The room is fully furnished and includes a brand-new Hypnos king-size mattress with a WoolRoom topper for exceptional comfort.

I’m looking for an individual or couple who are relaxed, respectful, and seeking a short-term place to call home. You’ll also need to be comfortable with cats — I have two very friendly ones named Ricky and Luna.
