Furnished double room in zone 2, bills included

We are a couple (1F, 1M) looking for someone to rent our spare room from mid-May, although we can be flexible on move-in date. It's a lovely furnished double with a window onto an internal courtyard. It has two large wardrobes and bedside tables. There is space for a desk and we can provide one if needed.

The rest of the flat comprises another double bedroom (ours) and a large open plan living room/kitchen with bifolding doors into the private garden which has a secure fence. There is one shared bathroom with a shower, sink and bidet. There is no bath.

Rent PCM is £1300, all bills included. We are open to those with pets but do not currently have any pets of our own.

Please note the deposit for monthly rental is £1000 although we are open to discussing this.

We are in the middle of building planters in our garden so excuse the mess! This should be finished soon!

Our preference would be for someone who works in the office full-time but we will consider all applicants.
