Double Room Furnished Bedroom

Hi there,

There is 2 rooms available in our house. It is fully furnished and bright, and we are looking for some nice people to join us.

As you can see from the pictures, they are both in good condition; fully furnished; with a king size double bed, desk, office chair, and spacious wardrobe.

The rent for both Room 1 and Room 2 includes all bills.

The bigger room is still unfurnished and can be furnished according to your needs and desires. If you are interested in the bigger one, we can agree on the furniture without any extra cost. You would have the unique chance to choose the items that fit your needs.

You will be sharing the other facilities in the house with a wonderful group of people in a fantastic setup. I am working in architecture and design, as well as being a huge foodie I like to find the best spots to eat in London 🍱 Victoria is from the US, in game design and loves animals! 👾 We would welcome people ideally from 22 - 35 but we are flexible if you are the right person.

Our location is near Greenwich, Deptford and New Cross, a short 2 minute walk away from New Cross Gate train station, conveniently central and in Zone 2, offering easy access to several stations, as well as 24-hour bus routes right by us.

We have a high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection through a mesh network, ensuring a highly reliable internet connection.

It has a shared garden that is nice to have especially in summer. The bathroom has a bath tub and spacious shower cabin. The kitchen is big, has 2 fridges and will facilitate everyone’s needs. There is a fresh water filter built into our sink, so filtered drinking water is available on the tap.

During the viewing we can discuss further details and answer any questions you may have. Also it will be nice to get to know each other a little more.
