Room to rent in Peckham

🛏️ Your Room:
The room is quite specious, with large windows and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and more, perfect for WFH. The setup is flexible in case you want to bring your own stuff and make the space yours.

🏡 Our Flat:
The flat is a two-bed/one-bath new-build on the 5th floor. Our shared spaces are all fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, some additional storage and a cozy private balcony.

🏘️ Our Building:
The building offers a communal bike-store for residents on the ground floor and free access to a co-working space on the first floor provided by the convenience store “Budgens” on the ground floor. Parking is free for all on the street.

📍 Location:
We are on the middle of quiet Pomeroy Street, and Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate overground stations are just a short walk away. Plus, there are plenty of bus routes on either end of the street for all directions.

👋 About Me:
I'm a 32-year-old Norwegian who's been living in London the past 9 years, following some work and studies in 5 other countries the previous 8 years. I work for a multilateral development bank, splitting my time between the office or working remotely either from the flat or abroad. I like to keep things clean & tidy, love socialising but also respect personal time. I don't smoke, but don’t mind if you do on the balcony. I’m Gay myself, so naturally LGBTQ+ friendly but have no preference. Same goes for genders and lifestyles.

I also like to read, going to the cinema and old movies, wine, there will be a few house plants coming and going, DIY, love a good vintage/food market, the pub, gigs and whole days in the park with all the dogs.

📅 Availability:
I’m open to discuss short-term rentals over the summer and I'm flexible with dates, available from the end of May. However, I will be away for 1-2 months starting early July, so you'll have the place to yourself during that time. Ideally looking for one person, but may consider a couple.
