Double room with own bathroom in a modern flat

Hi everyone,

Sadly I’m leaving my room and I’m looking for someone to replace me. The room is available in January but I’m quite flexible with the move-in date.

The room comes fully furnished, however if you have your own furniture for the room or even the entire flat, feel free to bring it along. The rest of the flat is also furnished. You can check out what the room and the rest of the flat look like in the video—it’s spacious, with a huge wardrobe and loads of extra storage around the house. You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom as the other flatmate has an en-suite.

The flat itself is modern and has everything you’d need: a dishwasher, washing machine, comfy sofa, and a dining table for cozy dinners at home. With sleek wooden floors and underfloor heating throughout, it’s both stylish and super comfy. Key highlight is the balcony, perfect for relaxing or enjoying fresh air.

Bills may vary with usage, but they typically come to around £125 per person each month.

You’ll be sharing with my flatmate, a 33-year-old Greek software engineer who’s friendly, respects personal space, enjoys keeping the flat clean and is great to live with. He’s into tech, movies, politics, and science, and loves going out for drinks or attending events—a nice mix of easygoing and social!

As for location, it’s super convenient. New Cross Gate station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right outside the flat with routes that’ll take you straight to central London and beyond.
