It’s a 2 min walk to the station (New Cross or New Cross Gate) with excellent transport links to East, West and Central and London Bridge 7 mins) away
The building and apartment are modern / new build with new appliances (oven, kitchen, bathrooms etc) and comes with a balcony and large lounge
The building and grounds are pet friendly so happy to consider pets and I live currently with my doggie, and she’s a very friendly happy calm girl.
