Chilled creative house share

We are a lovely creative house, with people on different schedules, working in film, theatre, music and advertising. We are very easygoing and prioritise a tranquil atmosphere in the house. We have a large garden that is hit by the sun for most of the day. We have 2 bathrooms, currently split between upstairs bedrooms and downstairs. We are currently 2 girls and 3 boys, with one boy moving out at the end of May or the first week of June.

The room comes furnished and is at the very front of the house. It stays cooler as a result of not being hit by any direct sunlight in the summer.

One thing to note is that the room has another doorway to the bedroom next to it, but it has been blocked and soundproofed on both sides and current flatmates haven’t had any issues.
