Myself and my housemate Paul are looking for 2 new people to join us in a flat. Its is a block just off of the Queen's Road (on a beautiful street going to the park). The flat has been newly refurbished to a high standard.
-10 minutes walk to Queen's Road station/New Cross Gate station/Nunhead station. Post code SE14
- 5 minutes to Telegraph Hill park
-Buses/night buses outside doorstep, to Lnd Bridge/Paddington/Holborn
There are 2 rooms. Bathroom shared
1st room- double £575 inc bills
2nd room- single but could fit small double bed. £525 inc bills
We are a really communal flat, and have friends over for dinners, and go out together occasionally. I am a medic and Paul works in IT so we are both really busy and work hard in the week. But in our free time, we love going to the pub with mates, breweries at the weekends, biking trips, cups of tea and chats. I'm into gigs, art galleries and rock climbing during free time. We are looking for some friendly peeps who are sociable and can bring some good laughs to the flat
