Looking to fill one room in homely Peckham flat

My friend Louie and I are looking to sign this quirky and cosy Peckham flat.

About us:

We’re 2 working mid-20 professionals - my name is Emily and I work for a tech startup near London Fields and Louie works in the property department at Wagamamas.

We’ve been scouring spare room for a few months now looking for 2x rooms in a houseshare and it’s proved rather difficult! We’re now looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in a flat we have found in Peckham.

The flat is super homely and newly renovated. It’s within a complex of flats in between Peckham and Willowbrook Estate. The area is residential and tidy. The flat is between 10-15 minutes walk to either Peckham Rye or Queens Road overground.

We’re looking for a likeminded girl/guy to take over the lease with us. We’re both very laidback and are looking to make this place a home, rather than somewhere to crash and we’re hoping to find someone who wants the same! We both have really great groups of friends around London but also like hanging out at home, cooking dinners as a house and chilling with a glass of wine after work.

There are 3 bedrooms in the flat priced between £640-680 and bills come to around £100 each. We haven’t decided on rooms yet but 1x 640 and the other 2 are 680.
