Clean Double Ensuite Room in Zone 2

Hi,

We (me and my wife) have an ensuite double room for rent. We are not the landlord.

Quite and safe area. A lot of transportation choices.

The room is furnished with a 3-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside drawers. There's also a full-length mirror on the wall. The room has own bathroom and toilet.

The open plan area has a 3-seater sofa, TV stand, dining table with 4 chairs and plentiful shelving, which can be reconfigured if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc.

Certain additional furnishings can be provided if required, including a TV, bedside lamps, etc.

The flat is double-glazed with gas central heating. The nearest shop (Tesco Express) is just 5-minutes walk away, with large supermarkets and other shops within walking distance on Old Kent Road. The flat is located very close to one of South London's largest parks, Burgess Park, which has tennis courts, a playground, a large pond and flower gardens.

Transport links are via frequent buses to Elephant & Castle or Peckham Rye. Below is a list of rough travel times:

Bank - 30 minutes
Elephant & Castle - 20 minutes
London Bridge - 30 minutes
Covent Garden - 35 minutes
Canary Wharf - 45 minutes
Kings Cross - 40 minutes

There's no allocated parking space, however, street parking is available without a permit.
