A kitchen for cooks

We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely spacious light unconventional home/flat. I'm (landlord) not living there at present and won't be for awhile as away supporting my sister in NZ so sharing with two other fantastic women .
You need to have a secure income, be eco friendly. Must cook & be resourceful not into living with delivery people mass consumers ... not this home ... you need to be good at pulling yr weight on cleaning, keeping our home tidy
Great nieghbours well established in nieghbourhood... the room is a blank canvas for the right person. Great light , you get the sunrise ! Clothes rail , 60's side board with drawers and cupboards if you need .
we are flexiaterian ... think outside of box, conscious life people like a roll up late at night ... EU /LGBQT / OZ I am not living there at present away for family reasons in NZ . You will share with two other dynamic caring women
Everyone is responsible for buying loo paper, eco cleaning products etc . we like user pay system specially over winter . Warm, cosy flat . gas & electric monthly bill shared between 3 , and paid monthly after meter readings.
