Short term let, new flat, Bermondsey

Hi, I have a small double bedroom available for a short let. I am flexible with moving in/out date. Bedroom comes unfurnished. However I can consider purchasing a blow up bed if you don’t have your furniture.

Flat is in central location 12-15th walk from overground south Bermondsey station. But tight outside the flat is a bus stop with the buses to take you to all central locations quick. Connections are great. I cycle to Holborn in 20min.

There are two bedrooms in the flat I am staying in the 2nd one :) I’m friendly and tidy, no smoker no pets. I’m in my mid 30s professional working from home one day a week.

There is no sofa in the property as of yet but there is some space for it. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a big dining table you are welcomed to use all of the kitchen equipment and utensils.

Flat is on old Kent road, but your bedroom is tucked away from the street so it’s quiet at night. Big Asda, b&q, b&m, post office and Halfords are 5 min walk.
