Double OR single room available in Peckham

I am looking for a lodger at my house, after my long term lodger recently moved out. I live here, and am looking for one person to share with. Someone friendly, positive, quiet, relaxed, and professional, who is looking for a home. It is definitely not a party house ,but it is very friendly and welcoming and a good place to relax.

There is a choice of two rooms-: a double (£850pm) or a single (£675pm) I am open to discussing different possibilities. I'd also be happy for a Mon-Friday arrangement if that's what you're looking for.

The 3 bedroom house is bright and sunny, with a secluded garden. The bedrooms are furnished and have have wooden floors. The bathroom is shared with one person (me). There is a shared kitchen, living area and dining room. There's enough room to co-exist separately in the house, if desired!

It is located in a quiet, friendly road with free parking, in fabulous, multicultural Peckham, steps away from Peckham Rye park, with excellent transport links to central London.

I work from home much of the time, but also travel with work. The house would suit someone who works outside the house, or in a hybrid way with less days at home.

NB: It's an old house with wooden floors, and stairs, so basically, the floors can be creaky! Therefore, I'd say it's probably not suitable for very light sleepers...or for people who want to be loud.
