Small double available in cosy flat

Hi all!

I am leaving my flat and would like someone to take over the tenancy till 6th October.

THE FLAT: The flat is a refurbished property with wooden flooring throughout, a modern kitchen and bathroom and shower room. Communal space is cosy and bright with a small garden. The location of the house is ideal, just a 20 minute walk from Honor Oak station and Nunhead station, which provides easy access to the rest of the city and buses are available on the main streets.

THE ROOM: The small double room is available at the end of the house. It comes with a build in wardrobe and chest of draws . The bed did not come with the house but however I am willing to negotiate a price for the bed and the mattress.

THE PEOPLE: You will be sharing with Jacob a budding actor and comedian, he is fun and super social and will make you feel at home easily.

YOU: We are looking for someone who will gel well with the house, is sociable and up for a laugh. We are also looking for a clean and tidy housemate who takes pride in their space and likes a tidy comfortable home.

Bills are done via an old school card n top up.
