Rent is bills included. The only two things coming on top are broadband and TV license.
Even though it’s 5 people in total, you do get your privacy. Non of the rooms shares a wall with another. Even durning COVID we did not feel like sitting on top of each other.
The room comes with a big wardrobe and the bed. I got a desk and another wardrobe in there, so it’s quite spacious (those are leaving with me). There are two big windows which are facing south east, so it’s got morning sun.
Huge kitchen with its own toilet and space for bikes in the back.
There is a bathroom with bathtub and rain shower on the first floor and another bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor.
