August ONLY & Students ONLY-Fully Furnished Studio

Hi! I’m currently subletting my fully-furnished studio near New Cross Gate for the month of August. All bills and wifi are included in the price! I am moving out one month early, so the room will be available from July 31st to August 30th. This is located in a student living high-rise so only students will be considered. The building features a gym, rooftop patio, game room, theater, and communal living spaces. The studio has a kitchen, personal bathroom, double bed, large table for eating, and a desk for working. The room also offers an amazing view of the London skyline. The apartment is right next to a bus stop for many different bus lines and is a 3-minute walk to Lidl and Iceland for groceries. The price for the entire duration is £799 and must be paid in advance since it is for a short period of time. I am also able to do showings at any point as well!
