Beautiful double room in 3 bed Peckham house

Hello!

I am sadly moving out of my lovely Peckham house around mid July, so I am looking for a female preferably in their late 20s to fill my room.

It's a super lovely home with a very chilled vibe and homely feel. We like to keep the place nice and clean. The room is a double with large fitted wardrobes, so plenty of storage and a desk for working from home. There is also a lovely garden with outside seating which is perfect for summer. You would be an 8-10 minute walk from both Queens Road and Peckham Rye stations. Morrisons, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are all very close, roughly an 8 minute walk. Plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants close by.
The current housemates are Joe and Divyaa who are great to live with. Both in their late 20s and work a mix of at home and in the office. We live quite independently but absolutely engage in the occasional drink together. It's a very relaxed house, not a party house, so would be looking for someone on that kind of vibe.
