Cosy double room - 3 mins walk to Peckham Rye stn

I have a nice double room to let - 3 mins walk from Peckham Rye station.

The place has recently been fully renovated so everything is brand new inc new carpets, bed, mattress, bathroom suite and kitchen, in a tree lined street. The flat is warm and well insulated etc. Short term let considered. Bills included.

Room is fully furnished and comfy - double bed, bedside drawer, desk, chair and large fitted wardrobe in room. Nice green and peaceful views from windows and there is a garden and shrubbery to the front and back. Bed gets lots of light during the day and lots of room for desk etc.

You'll be sharing with me - i work for approx 2-3 days from home per week. The flat is nice and clean and peaceful and would like it to stay that way - it's a fab cosy flat! Lots of green space and amenities around - 5 mins walk to supermarkets, gym, restaurants and bars of Peckham.
